Feasibility Studies: analyse a potential site or building to determine its suitability for a particular use, and provide recommendations on potential design solutions.

Conceptual and Developed Design: a creative and exploratory phase that involves generating and evaluating a range of design options. The goal of conceptual design is to identify the most promising direction for the project and to establish a clear design concept that can be refined and developed further.

Planning and Building Regulation applications: creating and submitting drawing packages.

Technical Design: the creation of detailed construction drawings and specifications, as well as the coordination of engineering and other consultants.

Project Delivery + Contract Administration: overseeing the construction process, including coordinating with contractors, managing budgets and schedules, and ensuring that the project is completed on time and within budget.

Model Making and Visual Imagery: Architectural renderings can be used to represent a variety of different design elements, including the overall form and massing of the building, the layout and circulation of the spaces, and the materials and finishes that will be used. They can be created at different levels of detail, from simple sketches to highly realistic 3D models.
